Returns Policy

If you have questions/are unsure of which product is needed for your project, please contact us BEFORE placing your order. We will be happy to assist you and make sure you receive the product that will work best for you!

No exchanges or refunds on opened product are accepted. 

In the unlikely event you have a problem with your order in which we have error’d, contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will correct the issue. If necessary, please provide photos of the unopened product so we can better understand the problem. 

Please, test these products on disposable projects BEFORE applying to a large or valuable item!

Keep in mind that prolonged exposure to direct UV/Sunlight can damage Thermal and Solar pigments. These are not recommended for outdoor projects.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. Due to the current pandemic and various changes in international shipping, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times or availability to all countries at this time. 

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping is calculated by weight and destination, which will be provided at checkout.

Shipping within the United States can generally arrive within 2-5 business days.

International Shipping can be delivered within 7-20 business days, not including possible delays by Customs, Taxes and Duties, or interruptions in transit due to the pandemic. We are not informed of various international customs and duties fees and are not responsible for these additional costs. For questions regarding these types of fees, please contact your local postal service.

Please note that once international packages reach their destination country, we are no longer guaranteed further tracking scans. Because of this, you may be able to find more details by contacting your local Postal Service or Customs. Tracking Information is emailed to you once shipping labels have been created. If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us at
