Reflective Powder can be "flocked" or sprinkled over an adhesive base. The powder refracts light in a certain angle giving off a crazy bright shine!
This gives off an effect like when car lights shine on street signs, safety reflective strips, etc. and is the product used to achieve Disco Nails!
Instructions for Use:
This powder does not work well when mixed inside of a base. For best results, use outside of a suspension.
Apply your adhesive to the surface or your project. Sprinkle the powder onto the adhesive, thoroughly covering the surface area. If desired, seal with a clear coat.
